GENERAL CARE

Protect your jewellery by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewellery’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. Always wear your rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.

For any jewellery you are not wearing frequently, we recommend checking that tarnish is not building up on the surface of the metal, which can be the case when jewellery is left unworn for medium to long periods of times. This is particularly the case in more humid environments.

The WILLIAM ÉDOUARD jewellery pouch doubles as a safe haven for your jewellery’s storage and included is a polishing cloth to keep it looking bright and shiny.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the health of engagement ring and earring prongs and settings to ensure that gemstones and diamonds do not risk falling out. If you see you gemstone/diamond moving at all, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for replacing gemstones/diamonds that have fallen out of settings.

FINE JEWELLERY CARE

Wash your WILLIAM ÉDOUARD jewellery with a gentle hand soap, rinse well and dry completely with a soft cloth. Using jewellery dips or polishes is not recommended as they may contain harsh abrasives. Maintain your jewellery’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products. Always remove your jewellery before swimming and exercising. Store your WILLIAM ÉDOUARD jewellery in its pouch or lined box for safe keeping when not being worn.
